This beautiful church, located in the heart of New York's civic center, sits in the shadow of the Municipal Building and is surrounded by Federal, State, County, and City courts and other public buildings. On weekends, the parish serves a resident population of a few hundred people, but during the week it is a bustling center for those who work on Wall Street, in the judiciary, and in law enforcement and public safety. The Congregation has administered Saint Andrew's since 1987. Fr. James P. Hayes, S.S.S., is the Pastor.
